Journaling is a simple and flexible practice that can reduce stress and boost gratitude. When we integrate Ignatian spirituality with our practice of journaling, we open ourselves to experiencing rich spiritual insights and nourishing moments of grace. In this one hour workshop, participants will explore three modes of Ignatian journaling and have time to share the fruits of their journaling experience with the group. Bring paper and something to write with! Whether you have been keeping a journal for years or are curious about trying this practice for the first time, you are welcome here.
